As a dot connector and problem solver, what I cherish most is using my curiosity and creativity to connect people in my life with ideas that spark joy and foster love.
I've built a career as a successful PR and marketing executive over the last 17 years. I created a high-achieving world for myself made up of always 'busy' and lots of 'grit.' I celebrated successes and learned a lot, but noticed myself getting disconnected from what I value most – meaningful connections & experiences. As a woman of action, it was natural to chase "more" and "more" until I realized that the "more" I was looking for was a path of growth that required me to slow down, restore and replenish my whole self so I can show up my most authentic and best self for others.
LoveSahana is my push to live up to my full potential and inspire others to take care of themselves and others in a way that generates feelings of understanding and connectedness. Something, I believe, the world can use a whole lot more of!
